Got a random world generator up and running (from scratch). Still have some placeholder art just to test if the generator worked, and it does! EDIT: I think that the world generates terrain too smooth. I will experiment with that.

How hard was that to make=? It was a bit hard. Perlin noise can sometimes be inconvenient to work with, and this was one of those times.

Heck yeah! Look awesome! I'll be sending all kinds of textured dirt and many resources once TimeTurtle is ready for them!

I'm currently out with family. I'll get back to work as soon as I get back. EDIT: I'm back home. Just got fixed in a random resource generator inside the random world generator. The world is generating in chunks now! (Still placeholder art, don't worry, I know the textures look bad) It's just generating 4 types of resources, namely Coal, Iron, Gold and Diamond. EDIT: Got a character controller that can break the blocks going. Placeholder art still of course.

Added a simple inventory system. Once the player breaks a block it will be added to the inventory. The blocks also break at different speeds. Three hits for dirt, 5 hits for stone, 7 hits for coal and so on.

For now, its automatically placed into the inventory until I can implement drop rates and such.

Made a simple system of selecting and placing blocks and player respawn! Also, should I implement a simple crafting system?

I added a "bedrock" tile that ALWAYS generates at the bottom layer of the world. The tile never breaks since its hits to break is INFINITE. Simple but useful.
